1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • "ford4d", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the ford4d platform and all associated services.
  • "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the ford4d platform.
  • "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a registered member of ford4d.
  • "Platform" or "Service" refers to the ford4d website, mobile platform, software, and all associated betting, gaming, and entertainment services.
  • "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other betting market offered by ford4d.
  • "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value held in your ford4d account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ford4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Eligibility

  • You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
  • You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from ford4d or any affiliated platform.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

ford4d reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

4. Account Registration

To use ford4d, you must create an account by providing your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must notify ford4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each individual may register only one account with ford4d. Multiple accounts created by the same person (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. ford4d employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching name, address, email, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, and IP address.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our legal and regulatory obligations, ford4d requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must upload a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP Nasional), a recent selfie holding the same ID, and proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months). KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be restricted or closed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ford4d supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day, Gold members up to Rp 150,000,000 per day, and Diamond members have no daily withdrawal limit.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours and up to 24 hours outside banking hours or on public holidays. ford4d does not charge processing fees for deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or payment provider may impose its own fees. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5.1 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

ford4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All funds deposited into your account must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn (1× rollover requirement). Accounts that deposit and immediately withdraw without placing any bets will be flagged for review and may be subject to enhanced due diligence. ford4d reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ford4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10× rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games 10-20%. ford4d reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs or errors, or using betting patterns designed to guarantee profit (arbitrage, hedging, low-risk strategies). All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ford4d are subject to the official rules and regulations of the respective sport and governing body. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant authority (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official match reports, FIFA official results, EPL official standings). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the specific sport's rules. Pre-match bets typically stand if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, they are voided and stakes refunded.

Live betting (in-play betting) is offered on selected matches and events. Live bet acceptance is subject to a brief delay to account for data feed latency. ford4d reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly if the bet is placed after a significant event (goal, penalty, red card) has occurred but before the odds have been updated. Maximum payout per bet is Rp 500,000,000 for single bets and Rp 1,000,000,000 for accumulator (parlay) bets, unless otherwise stated for specific markets or VIP members.

8. Casino and Slot Rules

All casino and slot games on ford4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Each game displays its theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information panel. RTP represents the long-term expected payout over millions of rounds and does not guarantee short-term results. Actual outcomes in any single session can vary significantly from the stated RTP.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game experiences a technical error, software glitch, or disconnection, any affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded. In the event of a disputed result, ford4d will investigate the issue by reviewing server logs and game history. The decision of ford4d's management is final in all matters related to game outcomes and dispute resolution.

9. Lottery and Togel Rules

ford4d offers daily lottery draws including togel (Toto Gelap) markets such as Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), Togel Macau, Togel Taiwan, and Togel Japan. All draw results are sourced from official lottery operators in their respective jurisdictions and published on ford4d immediately after the draw closes. Bets must be placed before the official draw closing time; late bets will be rejected and stakes refunded.

Winning tickets are paid out automatically according to the prize structure published for each draw. Prize amounts are fixed and do not depend on the number of winners. In the rare event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on ford4d and the official result published by the lottery operator, the official result takes precedence and all payouts will be adjusted accordingly.

10. Responsible Gaming

ford4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you manage your play, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from your account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent exclusion. 11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ford4d and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

  • Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to gamble.
  • Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods.
  • Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud.

12. Limitations of Liability

Your total liability to ford4d is limited to the amount deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ford4d is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of ford4d shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 17. Entire Agreement
